Η εξυπηρέτηση ήταν καλή και τα αυτοκίνητα σε καλή κατασταση . Νοικιάσαμε δύο αυτοκίνητα. Το ένα είχε και καύσιμο μεθάνιο που ήταν μεγάλη ταλαιπωρία. Έπρεπε να ψάχνουμε όλη την ώρα για να βρούμε πρατήριο που να έχει τέτοιο καύσιμο . Τελικά δεν βγήκε ούτε πιο φθηνό από την βενζίνη . Μην το προτιμήσετε. Στην παράδοση ήταν γρήγοροι και τυπικοί.

We picked up a car from here. I cannot speak to the drop off procedure. I am only reviewing pickup. We checked in at the office down the street. The girl working there was kind and helpful. She walked me through the sign in process then told us to walk to the garage where we could pick up our car. I walked there and they had our car ready for us to drive away in just a few minutes. I took pictures of the car for my records but it wasn’t a big deal overall. The car was pretty new overall, so lightly used. I’m not sure why this place has bad reviews but I can say that our experience was nothing but positive. Easy, friendly, efficient. I would rent from them again.

Metto una stella perché non se ne possono mettere zero. Persone da evitare assolutamente. Ho prenotato l'auto tramite Booking (perché è un servizio eccellente e le recensioni sono reali) al momento del ritiro alle ore 09:30 ci hanno fatto passare oltre mezz'ora per preparare le pratiche e farci stipulare una copertura assicurativa del valore di 89 euro tipo Kasko. Una volta firmate le carte e assolto il pagamento degli 89 euro (per un totale di 210) ci rechiamo al garage per il ritiro (ore 10:15) e l'addetto ci dice che l'auto non c'era, che l'ufficio ha sbagliato e dovevamo tornare lì per trovare una soluzione. Soluzione che non ci è stata offerta e ci sono stati stornati solo i 700 euro di cauzione. Ora sono in attesa del rimborso dei 210 euro sperando di non dover andare per vie legali.

hanno truffato mia mamma. non noleggiate qui assoluta. auto pagata anticipatamente, treno in ritardo, ci dicono che l'auto e stata data via ad un altro cliente , non si poteva fare ritardo, ma la cosa bella che volevamo avvisare ma nn risp al telefono. pessimi

Avevo la macchina prenotata Già pagata su Booking, il treno ha fatto ritardo, ho chiamato cinque volte in ufficio non mi hanno risposto, Volevo avvisare del mio ritardo.... mi hanno risposto dopo due ore mentre mi ricavo per ritirare l'auto noleggiata e pagata... dicendomi che avevo soltanto 59 minuti di tempo per ritirare la macchina ed era stata consegnata ad un altro cliente... COMPLIMENTI .

We booked a car through Discover Cars and the rental conditions provided by Discover Cars stipulated a 2-hour grace period within which we could pick up the car. However, when we reached Autovia, Jada showed us their own terms which showed a 1-hour grace period and refused to honour Discover Cars's conditions. She told us we would need to pay 48 euros for "an upgrade" or void the rental. We had gotten comprehensive insurance via Discover Cars and she also tried to get us to purchase additional insurance directly through Autovia. Hopefully it's a translation issue but we'll stick with known brands the next time. EDIT: Have updated with a screenshot showing the rental terms DiscoverCars sent us. Thankfully Discover Cars reimbursed us for the discrepancy in conditions. Have removed specific brand names but it's not too hard to figure out.

Mi sono trovato da subito Benissimo Persone troppo gentili e con una sensibilità fuori dal comune. Simpatici senza perdere la professionalità Sicuramente mi sono trovato meglio di altri noleggi A persone così gli auguro tutto il meglio di questo Mondo.
