Οι υπάλληλοι δεν φάνηκε να έχουν διάθεση να εξυπηρετησουν αρκετά. Ο πρωινός υπάλληλος βαριόταν λιγάκι η απογευματινή υπάλληλος είχε 3 πελάτες να περιμένουν και ήταν πάρα πολύ αγχωμένη. Μας είπε με ύφος "συγγνώμη που είμαι μόνη μου και δεν σας προλαβαίνω όλους "!!!!customer experience not good.....

Εάν αφαιρέσεις ότι μας έδωσαν αυτοκίνητο που ήταν καλό (δεν περιμένεις κάτι διαφορετικό εξάλλου), το προσωπικό ήταν αγενές και άνετα έφευγες και πήγαινες σε κάποιο άλλο εάν υπήρχε. Εάν πιστεύουν ότι αγχώνονται έχοντας στην ουρά πάνω από ένα άτομα, θα μπορούσαν να ζητάνε από τον επόμενο να περιμένει λίγο για να εξυπηρετηθεί. Η αγένεια και η απότομη απόκριση είναι αποτρεπτικός παράγοντας. Σίγουρα εάν έχω άλλες επιλογές δεν θα ξαναπάω.

Περιμέναμε μισή ώρα για να μας ζητήσουν 140€ (με έκπτωση) για ένα μικρό αμάξι!

No smoke without fire !!!! As Avis president level this is the filthy, smelly and dented car they give you! When you complain, the office staff starts barking at the customer and refuse to close the rental invoice! After 2 days still haven’t received the closed invoice despite repeated request. WATCH OUT! Manager isn’t much better and just a reply between defence as offence incl. false accusations instead of solving the problems at his franchise - from other reviews it is obvious he does not know how to run a company and is out of his depth. Avis - TRY HARDER or we go to Sixt!

Null Sterne gibt es leider nicht: Ich habe über Billiger-Mietwagen.de ein Fahrzeug In Bologna gebucht und dieses am Bahnhof (wie gebucht) geholt und zurückgegeben. Anschließend wurden mir zusätzlich 49,10 € abgebucht, da ich das Fahrzeug angeblich am Flughafen zurückgegeben hätte. Das ist nachweislich (!) falsch. Wir sind mit dem Zug nach/von Bologna gefahren und waren nie am Flughafen. Das wurde von mir auch über Billiger Mietwagen/Auto Europe, telefonisch über die Avis Hotline und auch schriftlich über das Avis Beschwerdeportal reklamiert. Eine Antwort oder Erstattung durch Avis blieb aus. Zunächst dachte ich, dass es sich um eine versehentliche Fehleingabe handelte, die einfach mit einer Entschuldigung korrigiert wird. Jetzt muss ich davon ausgehen, dass es sich um ein Konzept für unlautere Zusatzerträge handelt. Also immer auch den vermerkten Abhol- und Rückgabeort (die Abkürzungen sind auch nicht selbsterklärend) kontrollieren, egal was der gute Mensch am Schalter sagt oder gleich bei einer anderen Autovermietung buchen.

Servizio pessimo, tempi di attesa call center di almeno 30 40 minuti, quando riconsegnato l'automobile mi hanno addebitato dei segni che già c'erano nonostante avessi fatto le foto me li hanno comunque addebitati per un costo di €450. Sono dei truffatori

Stay away from this office!! SCAM and unserious people working there, just hanged up the line when I called and asked questions later about new fees just added after delivery of the car. Used Avis many times, this is the worst. Better to use Hertz in Bologna.
