Οι υπάλληλοι δεν φάνηκε να έχουν διάθεση να εξυπηρετησουν αρκετά. Ο πρωινός υπάλληλος βαριόταν λιγάκι η απογευματινή υπάλληλος είχε 3 πελάτες να περιμένουν και ήταν πάρα πολύ αγχωμένη. Μας είπε με ύφος "συγγνώμη που είμαι μόνη μου και δεν σας προλαβαίνω όλους "!!!!customer experience not good.....

Εάν αφαιρέσεις ότι μας έδωσαν αυτοκίνητο που ήταν καλό (δεν περιμένεις κάτι διαφορετικό εξάλλου), το προσωπικό ήταν αγενές και άνετα έφευγες και πήγαινες σε κάποιο άλλο εάν υπήρχε. Εάν πιστεύουν ότι αγχώνονται έχοντας στην ουρά πάνω από ένα άτομα, θα μπορούσαν να ζητάνε από τον επόμενο να περιμένει λίγο για να εξυπηρετηθεί. Η αγένεια και η απότομη απόκριση είναι αποτρεπτικός παράγοντας. Σίγουρα εάν έχω άλλες επιλογές δεν θα ξαναπάω.

Servizio pessimo, tempi di attesa call center di almeno 30 40 minuti, quando riconsegnato l'automobile mi hanno addebitato dei segni che già c'erano nonostante avessi fatto le foto me li hanno comunque addebitati per un costo di €450. Sono dei truffatori

WARNING: Do not rent from Avis Italy — especially at Bologna Centrale.
My experience was full of hidden charges, downgraded service, and complete lack of accountability:
• €274.38 deposit was taken from my debit card and never refunded — weeks later, it’s still missing. Avis keeps calling it a "pre-authorization", but my bank confirms it was real money deducted, not just a hold.
• Because I used a debit card, they refused to give me the car I booked, and gave me a lower-class vehicle — but didn’t refund the price difference.
• The return location was changed in the contract without telling me, so I was charged a one-way drop-off fee, even though I returned the car in the same city (Bologna).
• They forced prepaid fuel into the contract. Even though I returned the car with a full tank, I still paid for fuel I didn’t use — and no refund.
• Their customer service is useless — just copy-paste answers, never any actual help, and no proof of any refund.
If you’re renting from Avis in Italy:
• Avoid debit cards — your deposit may never come back.
• Take photos of EVERYTHING — car, mileage, fuel, return location.
• Read every line of the contract — they might change it without telling you.
• Don’t expect a refund even when they downgrade your car.
Total lack of transparency. I will never use Avis again.

Top! Habe vorher online eingecheckt. Innerhalb von 2 Minuten hatte ich das Auto, auch die Abgabe war reibungslos. Die Lage ist natürlich auch optimal direkt am Bahnhof.

Dreadful service at pick up (via Carraci). No help, no explanation of car controls (which are atypical); larger car than requested; child car seats in large pile (many broken). Chaotic entry and exit with multiple cars reversing / entering tight space. Man there just completely unhelpful
