Είναι απατεώνες δεν δέχονται ελληνικές ταυτότητες και διεθνή διπλώματα ντοκουμέντα με τα από οποία ταξιδέψαμε και ταξιδεύουμε συνεχώς .Όλες οι υπόλοιπες εταιρίες τα δεχόντουσαν κανονικά Μακριά ντροπή τους . Απαράδεκτοι .

Απαράδεκτη συμπεριφορά! Προφασίστηκαν ότι δεν δέχονται την ελληνική ταυτότητα, παρ'ολο που είχαμε μαζί και διεθνές δίπλωμα οδήγησης, κάτι που δεν ανέφεραν στους όρους ενοικίασης. Στην προσπάθεια μας να επικοινωνήσουμε με την ryanair, μέσω της οποίας το site είχαμε κάνει κράτηση, η υπάλληλος του γραφείου του αεροδρομίου αρνήθηκε να μιλήσει μαζί της κ αποχώρησε από το γραφείο της. Χωρίς εξήγηση, χωρίς αιτιολόγηση. Πολλή κακή συμπεριφορά! Αρνήθηκε δημόσιο έγγραφο με το οποίο ταξιδέψαμε και με το οποίο ενοικιασαμε αυτοκίνητο από άλλη εταιρεία!

Είναι απατεώνες, αποφύγετε τους! Αρχικά, προσπάθησαν να με χρεώσουν για ζημιά την οποία το αμάξι ήδη είχε προτού το παραλάβω. Για καλή μου τύχη είχα προνοήσει και είχα βγάλει φωτογραφίες όλες τις ζημιές που είχε. Αφότου έδειξα την φωτογραφία στην κοπέλα μου ζήτησε συγγνώμη. Υπέγραψα τα απαραίτητα έγγραφα για την παράδοση του αυτοκινήτου, χωρίς καμία αντίδραση από την πλευρά τους. Ωστόσο, 1 μέρα μετά με ενημέρωσαν μέσω email πως θα με χρεώσουν επιπλέον 72€ γιατί βρήκαν 2 σκουπίδια μέσα στο αμάξι και κατά την άποψη τους ήταν σε κατάσταση <<εξαιρετικά βρώμικη>>, ενώ στην κυριολεξία ήταν μια μπανανόφλουδα και ένα άδειο μπουκάλι νερό. Εύκολα μπορεί να αντιληφθεί κανείς και από τις άλλες κριτικές πως προσπαθούν να εκμεταλλευτούν την καλοσύνη και την εμπιστοσύνη των πελατών τους, αποκομίζοντας πολλά χρήματα, με ψέματα και βρώμικες τακτικές. Σας παρακαλώ αποφύγετε τους!

Warning: Unfair Practices and False Damage Claims! Italy Car Rent is a company with which we had an extremely unpleasant and legally questionable experience. We rented a car from June 16 to June 20, 2025, and were asked to sign the handover documents at the rental desk, before we even saw the vehicle in the parking lot. (This already violates proper handover procedures, which require the company to conduct a joint inspection with the customer. Art. 1375 of the Italian Civil Code — "obligations must be fulfilled in good faith", and Arts. 33 and 35 of the Italian Consumer Code (Legislative Decree 206/2005) — prohibit unfair terms and lack of proper information in consumer contracts.) The car was parked in an outdoor lot without lighting and without any company staff present, which also violates the basic principles of proper handover. When we returned the vehicle, the company accused us of causing damage that was invisible to the naked eye — a tiny scratch on the door edge (~8mm) and a microchip on the windshield (~1 mm), which could only be detected by touch or with a magnifying glass. During the inspection, the company’s employee had to feel around with her fingers to find the chip, which clearly showed she already knew about the defect. She also confidently inspected a specific area of the door, clearly indicating prior knowledge of the alleged scratch. We completely rejected these claims and submitted formal complaints to all relevant authorities, including: ✅ AGCM (Autorità Garante della Concorrenza e del Mercato) — Italy’s competition and consumer protection authority ✅ Giudice di Pace di Bologna ( local court of first instance in the city of Bologna) — a formal legal claim has been submitted ✅ EU consumer protection associations We are legal professionals residing in Spain, and we find it unacceptable to impose liability on consumers for damage not visible at handover and not inspected in person at the time of pickup. In considerazione dei lavori che stanno facendo all'aeroporto "Marconi" di Bologna e quindi della presenza del cantiere, ho dovuto faticare un pò per trovare il gabbiotto Italy Car Rent e l'adiacente parcheggio. Avendo l'indirizzo, fornito nella documentazione scaricata dopo l'acquisto del noleggio, ho provato a raggiungere il posteggio Italy Car Rent col navigatore ma si è rivelata scelta sbagliata perché ho dovuto fare tutto il giro attorno al cantiere dei lavori per, poi, ritrovarmi nello stesso punto. Bella faticaccia a piedi con bagagli a seguito.

Moje doświadczenie z Italy Car Rent - Bolonia są jak najbardziej na plus. Formalności załatwione szybko i sprawnie. Dostaliśmy nowy samochód , większy niż zamawialiśmy z przebiegiem 2000 km. Przy zwrocie też nie było problemów. Kaucja zwrócona w ciągu 4 godzin. Rezerwując samochód we Włoszech możecie to zrobić przez pośrednika, przeważnie jest taniej. Natomiast ubezpieczenie lepiej kupić na miejscu ponieważ Włosi nie uznają ubezpieczeń firm pośredniczących. Z reguły takie ubezpieczenie jest droższe ale możecie być pewni w razie jakiś nieprzyjemnych zdarzeń że jesteście w pełni chronieni. Warto jeszcze dopytać o dojazd powrotny na parking ponieważ wjazd jest słabo oznakowany i trudno trafić.
