Η διαδικασία ήταν γρήγορη και εύκολη. Το προσωπικό, ιδιαίτερα στο parking ήταν πολύ ευγενικό. Εντάξει, θα ζητήσουν πιστωτική, θα πιέσουν για επιπρόσθετη ασφάλεια, θα σας "φοβίσουν" πως οι ζημιές που έχει ήδη το αυτοκίνητο είναι ευθύνη σας να τις υποδείξετε, όμως αυτά είναι αναμενόμενα.
Τραβήξαμε φωτογραφίες και βίντεο, το αμάξι ήταν ικανοποιητικό για την κατηγορία του, δόθηκε γεμάτο καύσιμα και καθαρό. Αφού καλύψαμε 500χλμ με αυτό είμαστε ευχαριστημένοι.
Μόνη παρατήρηση δεν δόθηκαν οδηγίες για την επιστροφή του αυτοκινήτου και δυσκολευτήκαμε να βρούμε την είσοδο του parking, ένα σημείο στο googlemaps θα βοηθούσε.

Wir haben für unseren Italien Roadtrip für 11 Tage ein Fahrzeug über Booking bei Autovia gemietet. Die Abholung war super, der Mitarbeiter Majd war super freundlich und hat uns sogar noch Tipps für unsere Reise gegeben. Es gab sogar ein kostenloses Upgrade auf ein größeres Fahrzeug. Die Übergabe des Fahrzeugs lief auch schnell und unkompliziert. Da das Auto schon einige bekannte Vorschäden hatte, haben wir Bilder gemacht, um alles nochmal zu dokumentieren. Von Innen hätte das Fahrzeug etwas sauberer sein können, war aber dennoch vollkommen ok. Nach 11 Tagen und über 2500 km ohne Probleme mit dem Fahrzeug haben wir es wieder zurück gebracht, die Rückgabe lief auch reibungslos und unkompliziert. Das Fahrzeug wurde kurz gecheckt und uns dann direkt bestätigt, dass wir keinen neuen Schäden verursacht haben. Die hinterlegte Kaution wurde direkt wieder von der Kreditkarte gelöscht. Daher können wir Autovia am Flughafen Bologna nur empfehlen, das Preis- / Leistungsverhältnis ist top und alle Mitarbeiter waren hilfsbereit und freundlich.

A mio marito è stata rifiutato il noleggio con una carta MasterCard avente tutti i requisiti richiesti, solo perché sul retro è contrassegnata come "debit". È la stessa carta con cui abbiamo sempre noleggiato auto senza alcun problema, trattandosi effettivamente di una carta con un credito garantito dalla banca. La compagnia e' assolutamente inflessibile per obbligare gli utenti ad acquistare la loro copertura aggiuntiva (180 € per appena 3 giorni), nonostante avessimo già un’assicurazione completa fatta tramite il sito di prenotazione.
Abbiamo rifiutato il ricatto e siamo rimasti a piedi, costretti a raggiungere la nostra destinazione di notte con taxi e treni, con me incinta. Esperienza da dimenticare.

I strongly advise others to avoid this company!!! I rented a car from Autovia in Italy and was forced to pay for full insurance simply because I didn’t have a "credit card", even though I had a valid debit card. What’s worse? they used the same debit card to charge both the full insurance and the refundable deposit — proving that the "credit card" was just an excuse to force me pay the full insurance!
This practice feels like a scam. They claimed that a credit card was required for the deposit, but then processed everything with my debit card anyway!! — just to force me into buying expensive insurance I didn’t want or need. I had no choice at the counter and was told that if i don't pay the full insurance they will cancel my reservation and stay without a car.
This is misleading, unethical, and clearly designed to exploit travelers. Many others have been trapped the same way. I strongly advise others to avoid this company.

Plusy:
- bez problemu odbiór auta, z wymianą gratis na lepszy prawie nowy model
- przy oddawaniu szybkie sprawdzenie auto, to bardzo duży plus
- depozyt 700E gdy nie bierzesz od nich ubezpieczenia, więc standard w wypożyczalniach, propozycja ubezpieczenia nie była nachalna
Minusy:
- oszustwo na paliwie przez pracowników firmy, którzy wydają auta. Gdy wynajmujący oddaje cały bak, wtedy pracownik wyjeżdża ok 100 km, specjalnie tak, aby widoczna była kreska na pełny bak, ale rzeczywiście bak jest mniejszy o te 100km.
Zawsze sprawdzajcie dokładnie na ile km zostało paliwa i tak samo oddawajcie, czyli często musicie zatankować 100km przed lotniskiem, aby się zgadzało.
- ponad godzinę odbiór auta, niby 2 osoby w kolejce, ale strasznie długo schodzi pracownikom wypełnianie danych, dziwię się, że w tych czasach wszystko jest robione ręcznie przy odbiorze, a nie przesyłane formularze wcześniej do wypełnienia danych
- brak żadnego pokwitowania przy zdawaniu auta, że jest bez uszkodzeń, to może powodować próby oszustwa pracowników wypożyczalni, którzy często jeżdżą sobie samochodem prywatnie i mogą uszkodzić samochód

My MasterCard with credit, more than sufficient limit, PIN, embossed numbers, and all required features was rejected just because it had "debit" written on it, even though I regularly use this card for car rentals without any issues.
The company strictly enforces the card policy only to force customers into buying an extremely expensive insurance (€180 for 3 days), and I later found out that many others had the exact same experience.
No alternatives were offered, not even when I offered to pay a higher deposit.
I refused to give in to the blackmail and did not pay — I was left without car.

Изключително некоректни и арогантни служители! Чакахме 2 часа на летището в Болоня, за да ни кажат, че има проблем и не можем да вземем колата. Не препоръчвам на никой и съм изключително разочарован за изгубеното време!!!
