Bike Rental Bologna

I chose this bike rental based on the reviews – it’s the only one in all of Bologna with a 5.0 rating, and rightly so! It absolutely lived up to my expectations. I rented a city bike and even managed to reach the top of Monte Sole with it! It performed perfectly both in the mountains and in the city. The owners are incredibly kind and helpful – they explained everything clearly and made me feel very welcome. I was pleasantly surprised that panniers were included in the rental price. On top of that, they gave me a bottle of water at the start, and even another one when I returned the bike, so there was no chance of getting dehydrated! When I returned the bike later than planned because I wasn’t feeling well and couldn’t make it back on time, the owner was completely understanding – no issues, no extra charges. A truly golden-hearted person! I highly recommend this place! Next time I’m in Bologna, I’ll definitely come back. A well-deserved 5 stars!

Andrea was great to work with from the start and then when we met him in person, the experience was even better! He meets every potential customer with an endearing energy. He takes time to match the bike size capability and accessories with the rider skills level and experience. Whether it’s a casual family ride through the cobble streets of Bologna, or a road bike tour of the hills and vineyards, he can make it all happen! His shop might appear small but the size of their services are tremendous. We will definitely rent our bikes from him in the summer of 2026!

We've booked 2 touring bikes for 5 days. We were welcomed with open arms. We received a repair kit, helmet and a lot of explanation. The quality of the bikes was great. When we arrived in Bologna again after 5 days cycling and a day in the scorching Italian sun, the owner immediately gave us a bottle of water so we could hydrate. Afterwards we had a good chat about our adventures. In short: if you want to cycle near Bologna, this is definitely the place to rent your bikes. Thanks again for everything!

We got a great explanation of what to look out for when we rented the bikes. The owner was very kind and made sure we were well hydrated, which was very helpful since it was 35+ degrees. Bikes were great and we didn’t have any trouble with them. We would recommend anyone in need of bikes to this shop.
