Ho apprezzato moltissimo l'esperienza culinaria offerta da Tours and the City. La classe di cucina è stata un vero spasso e ho imparato a preparare la pasta fresca fatta in casa, un'abilità che sicuramente utilizzerò spesso. L'atmosfera è stata accogliente e divertente, guidata da personale esperto e appassionato, pronto a condividere segreti e tecniche. Un modo fantastico per scoprire i sapori autentici della regione e immergersi nella sua cultura gastronomica.

Il food tour che ha accompagnato la lezione di cucina è stato altrettanto memorabile. Ho assaggiato prodotti locali di altissima qualità, come il parmigiano reggiano e l'aceto balsamico tradizionale, con spiegazioni dettagliate sulla loro produzione e storia. È stato un'opportunità unica per conoscere meglio il territorio e i suoi produttori, assaporando un’esperienza di gusto e tradizione veramente indimenticabile.

Super cool experience with Tours and the City Lots of learnings and a great time with the group - we were a small group of friends and met other people from different countries that joined the tour with us, it was a great time to meet people also!! We had a guide that stayed with us the full experience plus a local guide from each of the stops we did (Parmigiano factory, Balsamic Vinegar and Lambrusco winery). At the end we enjoy our best lunch so far in Italy in a country side Osteria Thank you for this experience! We recommended 200%!!

Valentina and Claudia are wonderful hosts, very helpful and informative, and the pasta was delicious and easy to make. The experience is fantastic and all the people who attended were terrific. Glad we did it.

Wow! What an incredible experience. Sonia and Georgia were fantastic. The local history, the spritz’ and the pasta making were all great (dare I say it…I loved eating the pasta I made! The ragu which it was paired with was delicious). I would highly recommend this to anyone visit Bologna

We had a fantastic time with Claire and Claudia on their journey with helping us recreate authentic pasta for a traditional bolognese recipe. They were both super friendly and helpful, teaching us about why our technique mattered so much in the process. But the most important part was the end result. The ragu, and our pasta, was phenomenal. Could not recommend a better experience. Only disappointed that they don’t both do a pizza making class. But hopefully in the future. And we will definitely return!

Es war ein wunderbarer Abend! Luca und Steffania haben uns perfekt gezeigt wie man Tagliatelle macht. Wir hatten viel Spaß und konnten alles ausprobieren. Besonders gefallen haben uns die wertvollen Tipps und die verschiedenen angetrunken passen zu den verschiedenen „Stationen" der Veranstaltung! Es war ein sehr netter Abend.

This was an incredibly wholesome and fulfilling experience. Caterina, Valentina, and Stefania made the whole event enjoyable, accessible, and insightful. Not only did we learn to make pasta from scratch, but were given a thorough history lesson in the origins of food in Emilia Romagna. Despite having experience in the kitchen and in pasta making, this authentic return to simplicity reminded me that classics remain classic for a reason. Thanks girls!
