Sartoria Rossi Bologna

If you are looking for clothing, shop elsewhere. Don’t make the same mistake I did. - In December 2024, I visited the store in Bologna. I requested the following items: (a) for the welcome event, a navy suit and 2 shirts and (b) for the wedding day, a tuxedo, 2 shirts and a self-tie bow tie. - I was measured by Massimo. As I live in the U.S. (but with ties to Bologna), we decided that my next fitting would be 10 days prior to my wedding and we scheduled an appointment for June 4, 2025. Massimo assured me that if there were any issues, we would have ample to address those and he routinely arranges for clothing for his clients within 24 hours. - I returned to the store on June 4, 2025. The two shirts for my event for the evening before were missing and a clip on bow tie was provided. In addition, the suits that I tried on were so ill-fitting that it was comical. Both jackets were extremely tight (in fact, my tuxedo jacket had a button hole that wasn’t even opened far enough so that it would not button up), both trousers were oddly large, and the two shirts that did show up were so tight on my wrists that it was borderline restrictive of circulation. It is worth noting that my measurements had not changed in the intervening time. - Massimo had the audacity to suggest that all the clothes were fine. In particular, that French cuff shirts were supposed to be that tight around the wrist and that the cuff was not possible to slide over the watch I was wearing (a GMT Master II - which for those who are aware, is a pretty standard profile). This, is of course, a falsity, and a tailor who is worth his salt will provide a customary allowance on the watch bearing hand to accommodate. - After much complaining, Massimo finally agreed to procure the correct bow tie and one shirt for the night before. He also agreed to have a colleague inspect the ill-fitting clothing the following day at 3pm. Alas, the 24 hour turnaround that was promised in December suddenly became only applicable to certain fabrics. Massimo also commented that if the clothing does not fit once altered, then there would be nothing that could be done. Obviously, this is entirely unacceptable for not far off €5,000. - Massimo assured us that his colleague would be able to correct all issues over the weekend and the shirts would be ready by Tuesday morning. - At this juncture, and with a wedding on the line, I decided to take the issue to Chiara at head office. What a waste of time that was. Not one acknowledgment of the issue and a deplorable attempt at customer service. Multiple follow ups were required to even get a response. - For the amount of money I spent (and that my family has spent) at the store, Sartoria Rossi should be ashamed at the way they conduct business. - We ultimately decided to not trust Massimo and Sartoria Rossi (something I wish I did from the start), and picked up the ill-fitting clothing the following day, paid the balance and took it to a trusted tailor (a real one, not a sales associate that takes measurements and sends it off to be made). - The tailor commented that the trousers were worse than the jackets and he had to tear each item apart, materially alter each and re-sew each to fit me. He was astonished at how poorly made these were. He was able to do this over the weekend in record timing. (If you do need a tailor, I HIGHLY recommend Iezzi - I wish I went there from the start). - Tuesday morning came and, of course, the shirts and bow tie were delayed. The bow tie that was delivered was so thin and so misplaced for a groom. It was actually thinner than the childish clip-on that was provided. Do not waste your time or money with this organization. They are very happy to take your money but refuse to stand behind their products.

Per quanto mi riguarda una delle migliori sartorie di Bologna. Lo stile della Casa riesce a mescolare in maniera spettacolare classico e moderno. Ogni collezione aggiunge sempre qualcosa di nuovo e riesce sempre a mantenersi al passo con i tempi senza mai perdere di vista il buon gusto e la classe. È proprio lo stile il tratto che contraddistingue questa Sartoria, moderno ma sobrio e di classe. Un po scomodo da raggiungere perché in pieno centro a Bologna vale però una visita. Prezzi in linea con la qualità del prodotto ma durante l anno ci sono sempre promozioni che rendono più agevole l acquisto. Su Bologna ho trovato sempre una grandissima disponibilità e pazienza nel cercare di sodfisfare le mie richieste. Segnalo anche il servizio che permette di realizzare abiti su misura con una scelta tra diverse stoffe da perdersi tanto abbondante è l offerta. Fatevi consigliare da Massimo, con la sua esperienza saprà certamente darvi il giusto consiglio per soddisfare le vostre richieste. Lavotano molto su appuntamento, è una scelta che trovo molto intelligente, quando si è serviti si ha tutta l attenzione della persona che ti segue e la possibilità di vedere con calma le collezioni, chiedere chiarimenti, modifiche o altro senza l assillo di un negozio pieno di gente che non ti permette di scegliere con calma e di avere l attenzione che merita la scelta di un abito importante. Non consigliato......straconsigliato se cercate un abito di qualità

Ho acquistato un abito completo il mese scorso (marzo) , edeho trovato il responsabile Stefano e il suo collega persone molto competenti che mi hanno consigliato in maniera impeccabile e con molta professionalità. Sono rimasto molto soddisfatto dei consigli azzeccatissimi. Consigliato .
