Θα ημασταν στη Μπολόνια μόνο για λίγες ώρες κ επέλεξα το συγκεκριμένο μαγαζί λόγω της υψηλής βαθμολογίας. Δυστυχώς φτάσαμε μισή ώρα πριν κλείσει κ ο νεαρός ήταν μάλλον αρκετά κουρασμένος απτή δουλειά κ τη ζέστη για να μας εξυπηρετήσει κατάλληλα ή έστω όπως διαβάζω σε άλλες κριτικές ότι εξυπηρετεί συνήθως. Να είναι καλά και, αν μας ξαναβγάλει ο δρόμος, ίσως να προσπαθήσουμε ακόμη μια φορα.

Τέλειο παγωτό! Τα παιδιά σούπερ εξυπηρετικά, με διάθεση να σου εξηγήσουν όλες τις γεύσεις, να σου δώσουν να δοκιμάσεις και τρομερά ευγενικοί. Μπράβο!

Absolutely the best gelato I’ve ever had in my life, coming from a huge ice cream lover. I’ve bought gelato here 4 times in 2 days, which definitely would have been more had they been open on Monday and Tuesday. The flavours are truly exceptional. You can taste how much effort went into selecting the right flavours and combinations, as some flavour are mind-blowing. My favourite ones are matcha with orange blossom, goldenrod flower, and nasturtium with pepper. The nasturtium and pepper tastes like how flowery perfume smells, in a very good way. It’s incredibly tasty and the pepper adds a tingling feeling afterwards. The goldenrod gelato has a hint of bitterness that adds to the complexity of the flavour. It tastes so unique and refreshing. The matcha with orange blossoms has ruined me. The addition of orange blossoms takes matcha to the next level, and I can’t imagine matcha without it anymore. It was so good that when I’m having a regular matcha now, I crave the flavour of orange blossoms. I really can’t recommend this place enough if you’re looking for excellent and one-of-a-kind gelato. I’m very sad that I don’t live near this gelato parlour, as I would have been looking so much forward to try new flavours. This is the first place I will return to if I visit Bologna again.

우주 최고의 젤로또 집이예요!! 먹는 순간 앞으로 살면서 이것보다 맛있는 젤라또는 못 먹겠구나 직감했습니다. 이탈리아에 한달동안 머무르면서 젤라또 가게 40~50군데는 간 것 같은데 이집이랑 비교할 수있는 곳은 없었어요. 단연코 태어나서 먹은 젤라또 중에 제일 맛있었습니다 저희는 초콜릿,피스타치오,말차를 주문했는데 다 맛있었지만 특히 초코!!!초코는 진짜 꼭꼭꼭드셔야 합니다. 카카오빈을 직접 구해서 초코맛을 만든다고 들었는데 그래서 진짜 엄청난 맛이 나요. 좀 산미있는 느낌? 산미 있는 커피 좋아하시는 분들이라면 잊지 못할 경험을 해보실 거예요.이거 먹은 뒤로 어떤 초코 맛 젤라또도 만족못하게 된다는 게 단점ㅠㅠ 말차 맛은 오렌지가 들어가 있는데 상큼하고 유니크한 맛이 납니다 피스타치오도 너무 맛있어요 이집때문에 볼로냐에 또 가고 싶네요ㅠㅠㅠ 그리고 사장님이 진짜 엄청 친절하고 열정적이세요. 다음날 또 가고 싶었는데 기차 예약때문에 또 못 간게 한입니다ㅠ

Una esperienza mistica! Qui non si tratta di mangiare un gelato, di assaporare gusti, di essere golosi. Da Sablé siamo davanti ad un’esperienza unica qualcosa di più vicino a una danza dei dervisci rotanti o alla meditazione di un monaco di clausura. Insomma qualcosa di molto più sublime di un semplice gelato: un viaggio in un altra dimensione. Da siciliano l’unico dispiacere è costatare che a Bologna, in questa splendida gelateria, sono un passo avanti in quanto a ricercatezza e raffinatezza dei gusti.
