Unfortunately it was not a great stay. - The mattress smelled very old and musty and the room was not the cleanest (dirt and dust under the bed) - All bathrooms smelled moldy and one shower and one toilet where not working properly That said I would like to give a solid 3 star rating. Not very good hostel but still ok for the price. But: The check out is at 10:30. I just wanted to stay 30 minutes longer on the common room to wait for my train but I was not allowed to stay there. At first I thought that was a joke but it was certainly not. I was kindly ask to leave as the checkout was at 10:30 - no matter if I have stayed the last couple of nights at that place… That is just not a good service and for me the reason to not stay there another time and I would not recommend it. Don’t get me wrong: The receptionist was very kind, helpful and great at all means. I think he just follows the rules of the Hostel so it is by far not his fault (unless he is the owner and makes the rules).

I saw a lot of reviews saying that the staff was rude and this is an awful place don’t go here, this wasn’t my experience at all however. I chose to go anyway because I wanted to be in the centre and this place was cheap. First off the location is literally perfect, I couldn’t ask for a better one. It’s right outside one of the main squares and close to lots of food and bars and activities. Secondly, the staff were helpful and friendly, even though I must admit they have some quite strict and sometimes odd rules for a hostel. But they are easy to oblige to. Thirdly, the rooms are comfortable and the beds are clean and comfy too. I highly recommend this hostel.

Online it says that you need to call them to arrange a late check in, so I booked and then called, only to be told that they did not allow late check ins at all, and I was told to call back later to arrange a refund. I called back and was very rudely told that it was my fault and that they would be keeping my money. Will definitely avoid this place next time.

PESSIMA ESPERIENZA anche se non ci sono stato ma già da come si sono comportati sono da EVITARE!!! Tramite siti di viaggio mettono camere in affitto senza specificare che in realtà si tratta di dormitori, ovviamente la cancellazione non era rimborsabile e vabbè.. c'è da pagare una cauzione non specificata, dopo la disdetta mi sono ritrovato un addebito di 50 euro senza motivo....chiedo spiegazioni e rispondono dicendo che "FUNZIONA COSI". Siccome la faccenda non mi stava bene mi sono rivolto a chi di dovere per ottenere un rimborso e quando ho chiesto di fornirmi dati specifici loro non hanno più risposto.....SONO VERGOGNOSI!!!

Their customer service is a disaster!!!! I booked, paid and asked for a late night check in but they said "We're sorry but we don't have a late night check-in, as specified in our hostel rules the check-in have to be done between 12noon until 7pm. We suggest you to cancel the reservation through Booking and find another accomodation for tonight cause at 1am you will not be able to get inside the hostel". nowhere in their page on booking.com specifies they dont have a late check in. Cancellation meant i lose the whole booking fee" i requested for a waiver to which they declined" every other place has a late night check in and if not they specify on their page… you are thieves and may whoever is in charge choke on their saliva! They stopped messaging when i started asking questions!! Book at your own risk!!

Заплатил за одну ночь в общей комнате 63 евро, но ночь провел на улице, потому что вечером в хостеле не работает стойка регистрации. На запрос возврата денег через букинг администрация не ответила, а в личных сообщениях в WhatsApp после просьбы вернуть хотя бы половину, перестали реагировать.||Я понимаю, что это моя ошибка, что невнимательно ознакомился с вашими правилами и не задал предварительно вопросов. И это ваше право игнорировать просьбы и оставлять гостей на улице.||Мое же право — никогда снова не обращаться к вам за услугами и рекомендовать другим путешественникам не пользоваться вашей гостиницей.||Удачи в делах.

NO VENIR!! Los trabajadores son rudos y desagradables. 5€ por dejar las maletas?? El hostal es malo como el solo. Las duchas no salen agua y estan muy sucias. Las almohadas estan amarillentas y huelen a tabaco. Muy mal.
