La nostra esperienza in Vespa è stata davvero bella… Peccato che ha piovuto per un paio d’ore ma grazie ad Alessandra che, super previdente, ci ha fornito anche due k-way che ci hanno salvato. Ci siamo trovati bene con l’organizzazione e la professionalità di Paola e Alessandra. La Vespa era in buone condizioni.

Great everything- we rented 2 e-bikes. Terrific bikes. Service was great, lovely people and super helpful. Had a beautiful all day ride in the hills outside Bologna.

Esperienza bellissima che rimarrà nei nostri ricordi di Bologna. Abbiamo noleggiato una vespa per fare una gita tra i colli bolognesi di mezza giornata. Paola e Alessandra simpatiche, alla mano, preparate e disponibili in tutto fino a cercare una trattoria per noi per la cena! Se passate da Bologna non potete non fare un salto dalla loro agenzia!

This time I was not happy. I came 1 hour before closing and wanted a bike. Bike costs 10€ for 4h. I asked if I can get a discount as there is no much time left. I was simply told no. 10€. I said that business wise its better to sell 2 bikes for 10 rather then having no business at all. When leaving I asked nicely I hope that they do not mind that I write about my experience a review. Suddenly I was told that I am blackmailing them!! Well I hope that the owners realise that even a small customer is a customer. No matter how rich. My answer to your reply: thank you for prompt response. Obviously I knew you are going to lie in your reply and try to make me idiot. Rather then admitting that you could improve your renting policy to be more pro customer,you rather make an idiot out of clients... I wrote over 500 reviews and I did not need too change anything anytime. And I see that I am not the only unhappy customer here. Firstly, I was not arrogant, learn what does it mean to blackmail. I told you again when I was leaving!!! (Not part of negotiation!!!) and I was polite not arrogant! , that I hope you do not mind a review. So next time, please write the truth....

Would recommend. Staff were very helpful and shared a great route to take on our scooters to see the hills and surrounds of Bologna, even highlighted on a map for us best way to get in and out of Bologna centre. Lots of tips and help. Scooters worked well. And thanks Allesandra for all the extra tips for our holiday. Thank you, it is very appreciated.

Nous avons été traités avec un mépris total dès notre arrivée. Le personnel nous a littéralement refoulés en nous montrant du doigt, allant jusqu’à nous insulter de "gros", sans aucune raison valable ni justification. Une attitude humiliante, discriminatoire et inacceptable de la part d’une entreprise censée accueillir des clients. Nous étions venus pour louer un Vespa dans les règles, avec bonne volonté et respect, et sommes repartis choqués et blessés par un comportement aussi grossier, déplacé et discriminant. Je déconseille fortement cette agence à quiconque souhaite être traité avec un minimum de décence. Il existe heureusement d’autres loueurs bien plus professionnels et respectueux dans la région.

The people who work here are very sensitive. I let them know at the end of the rental the bikes are quite low quality and they told me I was disrespectful and rude. They are like Santander bikes, heavy duty, made to last, hard to ride! Clunky. A bit of miscommunication as my feedback was assumed to be about requesting a refund rather than something for them simply to take on board. I had no idea this feedback could cause such a response - advise you to leave feedback on here rather than in person to avoid being yelled at! In other news though, brilliant infrastructure for riders when you get a little out of the city centre with designated cycle routes.
