Chiara Wedding

Indescrivibile ed indimenticabile ecco cosa riesce a realizzare… un’emozione unica che non si potrà mai dimenticare. Potrà essere banale come frase ma è davvero bravissima, super organizzata, cura ogni dettaglio, rende speciale ogni momento.

From the very first meeting we had with Chiara, we realised how organised and passionate she is for her job, and we were confident that she would help us create our dream wedding! We were absolutely right! She understood exactly what we wanted, she shared our vision, and her suggestions were excellent! We had the best time going to venue hunting and food tasting with her, we will never forget those moments! Chiara made the whole process so smooth and easy, and that was so helpful for us because we don't live in Italy! But of course we would use any opportunity we got to travel to Italy often during our wedding planning 🙂 Chiara is very creative and she gets things done! She is also very kind and understanding. On our wedding day, we had to make some last minute changes, and Chiara was so professional and made the changes without the guests realising anything. What I loved about her, is that she would suggest ideas as if it was her own wedding. That showed she really cared about our day and she wanted it to be perfect! Thank you Chiara for making our dream wedding come true, it was even better than what we imagined. The elegance and class radiated throughout, and we will never forget how we felt that day. Chiara è la wedding planner ideale. È strutturata e precisa nell’organizzazione di ogni aspetto del matrimonio, ma anche flessibile e propensa all’ascolto ed alla comprensione di richieste e gusti. Propone fornitori molto validi e diversificati ed aiuta enormemente nella selezione. È un supporto importante nella comunicazione con i fornitori e garantisce il rispetto delle deadline e delle condizioni accordate. Oltre ad avere esperienza ed una spiccata dote organizzativa, è anche propositiva ed estrosa, offrendo alternative molto valide in tutti gli ambiti dell’evento . Inoltre, Chiara è stata fondamentale il giorno del matrimonio, poiché ha gestito tutto e tutti i fornitori perfettamente e rispettando l’agenda al 100%, senza mai essere invadente o pressante. Ci siamo goduti tantissimo il matrimonio senza dover pensare a nulla. Impagabile! Raccomandatissima!

Chiara was wonderful! We are a mixed Italian and American couple living abroad and we needed help to plan our wedding in Bologna. We couldn't have found a better person than Chiara. Our wedding was initially planned for August 2020 but had to be postponed to 2022 because of the pandemic, and Chiara just rolled with it and helped us reschedule suppliers with very little extra cost. She was very responsive and helped us with any doubt we had. She collaborated with great local suppliers and we had no trouble finding high level flowers/cake/catering/you name it. She even helped us making arrangement for a religious ceremony with a local priest. Her organization on the day of the wedding was also spot on and we could fully experience the day with friends and family without stress. Would absolutely recommend!

Ci ha seguiti passo passo in tutte le fasi dell’organizzazione del nostro matrimonio, ascoltandoci, comprendendo i nostri gusti e le nostre necessità e proponendo idee e soluzioni compatibili con i nostri desideri. Il giorno del matrimonio è stato tutto coordinato alla perfezione, e ciò ci ha permesso di goderci la giornata senza pensare a nulla. La realtà del giorno del nostro matrimonio ha superato le nostre aspettative, ed è stato bellissimo ed indimenticabile!

Chiara was an absolute pleasure to work with. We live in California, while Chiara in Italy and despite the several time zones between us, she never missed a beat. Chiara always brought us multiple options for vendors and gave us her honest thoughts. She always answered every question we had and coordinated everything we needed. She also helped us plan our welcome cocktails and day after lunch! All of her suggestions were always spot on and she was always willing to collaborate with us on any ideas we had. We loved bouncing ideas between each other and trusted her vision. She made our big day an absolute dream and everyone raved about how amazing the wedding was and how everything went seamlessly. We loved working with Chiara and highly recommend her!

We are so grateful that we found Chiara. She has been so easy to work with from start to finish. We must have asked 1000 questions and she would always get back to us no matter how small or annoying they were. From our first online meeting until we finally met in person, Chiara always made it so easy to feel like we were a part of the conversation, but only when we needed to be. She took away the stress of dealing with suppliers and was able to take our ideas and tuej them into a reality.
